Day 4
The day started quite slow with a skippers meeting at 11:00 and the first possible start scheduled at 12:00. The wind was smoothly building up while a new course was being set.
Today the Youths were up first and the Local Poyraz Akay TUR- 1011 sailed his way to the top with consistently going through to the finals. Winds were blowing nice and steady around 20 to 25 knots and dropping down a bit during the finals heats of today. At the end of the day it was great competition day here at the bay of Alacati.
Today’s disappointment:
Ertugrul Icingir TUR-1 did not have his best performance today and failed to advance to the finals twice.
Today’s Highlights:
The Local Poyraz Akay TUR- 1011 finally sailed his way to the top.
