1-Your age ? and where do you live?
I’m 25 years old and I live in the north of Spain, in Navarra. .
2-What are your best achivment in this sport?
One of the best was finishing the 11 cities, or winning a medal as a team in the ISA world championship in peru
3-How and when did you get interested to aquatic sports? How long have you been practising standuppaddling?
I have been in the water since i was ten years old, I staarted sailing in optimist, after windsurfing for many years, and now, since 2011 im more focused in sup racing .
4-Do you use a specific Alimentation?
Not really, i try to eat clean, with less fat as possible and healthy food.
5-Wich are your sponsors?
Starboard is the brand who makes this possible, but without the support of my family i’m not able to continue.
6-What tipe of training you to be competitive?
I try to go to the water 5-6 days a week, 1 hour per day, mixing trainings, one day sprints and other ong distance, and if the conditions are good i do downwinds.
