La Campionessa del Mondo PWA 2014 e vincitrice dell’ultima tappa PWA in Nuova Caledonia, Delphine Cousin, comunica:
Hello,
I am just come back at home after the last event of the season wich took place in New Caledonia for the slalom discipline.
It was a new stop on the tour this year, and it has been a very good idea because we had an amazing week of competition.
The Anse Vata spot in Noumea offered us nice conditions with wind between 18 to 30 knots and technical race with a lot of chop. For womens fleet, we did a total of 14 races !
At the first day I lead the event and I would stay first until the end ! On the water, I feel good with my gear : good speed, nice jibes and good starts. I win 7 races and I am always in the top 4 for each race (Same than Turkey).
The victory on the last event permit me to reach my goal in 2014 : The title of WORLD CHAMPION SLALOM PWA for the second year !
I am super happy to win this title again this year!
