ION presents one of it´s first suits of the 2014 collection: The STRIKE SELECT – the premium version of the STRIKE Series in double lined Neoprene. It combines the subtleness of premium state-of-the-art technology features and core attitude.
The superb elastic and light stretch jersey – for best freedom of movement – features ION Anti_Smell, which uses the Sanitized® technology: This is a certified antibacterial fabric to prevent bad odor from bacteria, mildew etc. in moist or sweaty environments.
ION uses this proven Swiss technology as a pioneer brand in the water market to fight a very unpleasant problem every watersports man knows: A foul and sweaty smell, skin irritations, allergies etc. caused by bacteria, germs, mildew, funghi, mold, algae, mites and even athlete´s feet. To eliminate this ION uses the active biocidal substance: zinc pyrithion.
Furthermore the STRIKE SELECT stands out because of a new seam sealing technology: Power_Seam is similar to S_Seal, but even less restriction, weight and sealing width. This seam sealing provides more elasticity, freedom of movement, ripping durability and superior waterproofness on all seams. It even works in different colors and creates the unique technical look of the new ION Select models.
Completed by the new quickdry inside jersey D_Hydrate: very strechy and fast drying – simply rinse with fresh water after the session as usual, and within just a few hours the suit is completely dry and warm again – the SRIKE SELECT is the best choice for all ambitious core kiters, windsurfers and wakeboarders, who seek outrageous performance merged with progressive look and feel.
